Salon Environment
- At Saffron Nail Lounge, our priority is to make our clients feel pampered and relaxed while getting beautified. You belong here, you belong in luxury, you deserve pampering and excellence.
- In order to maintain a peaceful, luxury and calm environment, we recommend text conversations on your cell phone. Please be courteous to our Front Desk by ending your phone conversation prior to speaking with them.
- We understand that sometimes you must take phone calls while in the salon. We kindly ask that you please set cell phones to low volume or using headphones. Communication via FaceTime or speaker phone is not permitted to preserve guest experience and privacy.
- If you have group of people, please keep your voice as low as you can, so other customers can enjoy their relaxing time here with us.
Right to Refuse Service
- Anyone with a health, nails or skin condition that we suspect may be contagious; open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
- Anyone more than 10 minutes late for an appointment without prior notice.
- Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our staff and/or other customers.
Late Arrivals, Cancellations, and Deposits
- We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your appointments. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments.
- Due to our commitments to other clients’ schedules, we have a 10 minute grace period before & after your appointment time. If you are late, we will not guarantee services with the same Technician and you may only reschedule once per day.
- If you have reservation for more than 5 people, we will ask for a non-refundable deposit of 20% total estimated bill. Please advice your guests to be on time for the reservation.
- A $10 non-refundable deposit will be required for clients who have a history of no show for their prior appointments.
Refund
- We do not offer refunds for any services, products or Gift Cards. If you are not satisfied with your services, please see our guarantees policy.
- Your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours notice.
- If you agree to an upgrade or additional services suggested by the Technician or Staff, you will be responsible for payment based on those changes or upgrades. Our prices are available in our brochure, please reference the process and prices before receiving your services.
Guarantees:
- All of our Pedicures are one dollar per minute. For example, Sugar Scrub Pedicures are $50 for 50 minutes.
- If your pedicure service was rushed and shorter in minutes, please see the Front Desk for a $20 Gift Card.
- All of our tools for manicure and pedicure services are disinfected and sanitize before next use. If your Technician did not open a new implement pouch, then the tools were not properly sanitized. Please see Front Desk for a $10 Gift Card.
- If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your services, we will reperform the services within 3 days. We must be notified on the original day of services. Clients who are not able to return within a given time frame for any reason are not guaranteed compensation.
- The reperform policy does not cover a change in services or colors. You will be responsible to pay extra fees for different services or colors.
Children
- For safety purposes, Children are not allowed in the salon if not receiving services.
- If children are receiving services, please be specific with the front desk on which services they are or are not about to receive. It is the guardian's responsibility to pay for any additional services or upgrades that they ask for.
Products/ Gift Cards
- There are no returns or exchanges of products purchased.
- Gift cards are not refundable or exchanged for cash.
Payment Methods
- We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Checks are not accepted.
- Gratuity will not be charged on these payments. However, we do have Venmo/Cash App that you can send tips directly to your technicians.
Lost or damaged personal belongings:
We are not responsible for your lost or damaged personal belongings.
Beverages:
- We offer complimentary beverages to our clients who receiving their services with us only.
- Must be at least 21 years old. Our staff will check your IDs before serving.
- Limit one glass of wine per client.
- Anyone doesn't have a valid ID will be refused to be served.
Allergic reaction:
- We will not be responsible for any allergic reactions due to certain ingredients in the products that we use for your services.
- Burning due to waxing on clients who are using acne medications, acne creams, or have sensitive skin.
